Every single person was taken in line before me when I was on deck for getting a haircut next. Poor service. I checked in online and still had to wait almost an hour to get a haircut and still never got one.

We were able to walk in during the evening and be seen within 15 minutes. I watched a documentary on an NFL coach while he got a trim. It was convenient and the trim was decent - pretty close to what was requested.
